The University Communications team are the brand stewards for St. Cloud State University, and uses strategic and creative expertise to advance SCSU’s mission, showcase strengths and key achievements, and tell the stories that foster a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Husky.

We also work with and consult across University leadership, divisions, offices and departments. University Communications is also the point of contact for our media colleagues.   

Our key contributions to SCSU include:

• Cultivation of relationships with media to connect faculty, staff, and students as they tell our Husky story.
• Two editions annually of the St. Cloud State Magazine.
• Contributions to and curation of SCSU's online news site St. Cloud State TODAY.
• Playing a leading role in the creative direction of the University website.
• Guidance, content, and support to University social media sites. 

University Communications is a part of the division of Strategic Enrollment Management.
